front wings?

just pulled the plastic trim off my front arches (which i wish i hadnt now) to find some nice size patches of rust and bits missing, is it just a matter of bolting new front arches on or would that just be too easy!!!

I take it your talking about Mk2 wings.. It sounds like you need a pair of front wings, still available O/E from the dealers, £80ish each, yours are probably beyond economical repair, unless its just surface rust..

there definately well past repair  are they welded to anywhere or not? yeah they are mk2 wings

Wings are bolted to the body around the fitting edges, bolts down the back of the wing (closest to  the door) are notorious for being buried under underseal
