Title: Hey peeps another newbie

Hey people!

Well as you probably see I'm new here! i pick up my Mk3 Golf GTi 16v on Monday night so looking forward to that. had my astra stolen and it was written off so i have purchased this to tide me over. its going to be a project for the future like astra was but im looking forward to getting in it. i can see myself being on here on quite a lot as theres a few things that need doing so watch for my add's i might be wanting some swaps on some items to get the car how i want it.

anyway, enough of me wittering on, i'll post some pics of the car when i pic it up.

pictures will be posted tomorrow hopefully. got a few things to get from scrap yard and also give the car a good polish and get it clean.

Its nice but just a few little things that are doing my head in which i need to get sorted but hopefully they will be done by the end of next week like the driver door lock has stopped working and the front wheels need realigning tracked and balanced as there all over the place and its really effecting the handling so i can really push it. Its very thirsty though, cant get it above 25mpg! but i'm hoping with the full service and everything next week it will be ok.

Got a lot of plans for it but will be a while before i have it exactly to my liking. Just wish i could upload the photos but my phone just doesnt want to work with my laptop!!
