Sounds like overkill to me as I have one 10" and thats plenty!

But if mass bass is your thing then whatever!

2x 15 !! You must be mad. Go over to talkaudio.co.uk, familiarise yourself with a router and a jigsaw and start crafting. A decent 12" 4th order bandpass will give you a nice boomy bass with reasonable punch (if well designed).

Surely the MK3 doesn't have the air volume in the boot to run 2x 15" with any level of efficiency, a single one, ported would fill the boot?

I'm wanting to use the spare wheel well as the housing for my sub some point next year, hopefully going to create a nice little install in there, give me the boot space and still have the sounds. :)

10" ftw, much more punch and sound/feel so much better than 12/15's. You can feel every bass note, rather than a blur of bass.

I've got a 12" jbl custom built into an o/s arch build - was considering another 12" in the opposite arch but i can imagine it'll be too much, + you wouldnt be able to run 6x9s as it would do squiffy things to the sound
