Title: trying to fit new heater fan. can`t get the damn thing out, any tips plz. cold!!

As mentioned,
          I`ve got a new heater fan thingy but i cant seen to get the old 1 out through the bulk head area, so any tips would be most welcome.

All done n dusted,
  i had to take the wiper motor and the arms off in order to gain the right hieght for the fan to lift out of the plastic scoop, and the slide the motor to the far side where the gap is bigger and hey presto, out it comes.

even easier on a MK1, just take off the passenger undertray and there it is behind a small clip on cover. No need to cut anything or remove any trim. That link looks like it might be for aircon?

In fact its EVEN EASIER on a cabby, just look underneath the knee bar and there it is. dont have to undo anything at all except the coolant pipes and the plastic clip on cover :grin:
