ADAC - 70Euros for full European cover (plus loads of other benefits).

Call them in the UK and the AA turn out.

Let me know if you want joining details etc.

I looked at the ADAC, beyond the initial joining page, all documents are in german.  If you don't mind me asking, are you a German living in the UK?

The reason i asked, is with the ADAC plus cover, you get repatriated to a german Hosp.............

But it is looking the best at the moment.

Any help would be great too.

I was with Green Flag until they completely let me down. Switched to the RAC and have been mega impressed.

Never had a problem with AA, and been recovered long distances without hassle before, including an oxford-cornwall trip and an RTA.

He is relatively foreign to our shores but not that far off

No, I'm not German.  The people on the end of the right phone line who process your membership are English-speaking, there is a UK 0800 number, which is English-speaking and many people in Germany speak English as a second language (if you shout loud enough etc).  The documentation we got through had an English-language summary with it, too.

The reason I'm with them is that they collect from the Nurburgring - useful if you lose your way and suddenly find your car won't go, after you find there's some armco blocking your way.....
