i have a 1988 8v GTI. a guy at work who had a jetta handed me this chip yesturday and sed that should be ok for your car. but it was shift change and he dint have time to speak much! he said its a superchip. the chip reads "advanced motorsport jetta/golf digifant ll" is this a case of just plug in and play or is it a bit more in depth then that???
