Basically every time i push the pedal down then bring it back up it squeaks + creaks.
Any ideas why?
Much appreciated!

Needs some oil on it. Something like 3 in 1 oil but be very careful to use a very small amount and watch what you do with it. Last thing you want is oil on your pedal rubbers. Anyone who's got Diesel on the bottom of their shoe after going to the petrol station will tell you how frightening that is!

Brill, thought it mite have bin worse! So should I just put it on the joint of the clutch pedal?
-
i would be wondering whether this is a clutch or clutch pedal problem

Isn't the clutch pedal hinge a plastic bush? If so, then lubricate it with silicon spray. (Interior dashboard cleaner!) WD40, 3 in 1 or any other oil will knacker the bush.
-
vegeable oil can also be used on rubber bushes if you dont have silicon
-
no it can't it still degrades rubber.

if it is from the interior than a good old fashioned bit of oil should fix it, but if it is from the gearbox side it could be comething like the release bearing , if so you should get it checked out.

release bearings tend to rattle rather than squeak.
