Title: Footwell Refinishing
Post by: JC on 27 November 2008, 11:38
Right, did the search, and nowt conclusive

So

I have had to remove all soundproofing and paint in all 4 footwells, so am basically back to bare metal / primer.

so whats the best paint / sealant to use prior to the sound deadening panels and underfelt ?????

thanks in advance.

Hammerite - No1 Rust Beater.

Says it kills rust, primes and undercoats  What I used on my arches when I took them back to bare metal.
