Title: damned central locking

any body know anything about central locking?. Got a 93 mk3 and the central locking has packed in. don,t know how to check if its the acctuater in the door or whether its tyhe unit in the boot. :'(

Not sure about Mk3, but I do have a fault diagnosis procedure for Mk2.........probably not entirely different. Have a look here:-
