Title: LW1919 paint code?

Went with a friend to see an oak green golf on sale.

Not sure if i was looking at the correct sticker (upside down in the boot) but it had a code:
LW1919 or something along those lines ??  :huh:
I know the Oak Green paint code is L94E, was I looking at the wrong bit on the sticker?  :rolleyes:
Or does such a colour exist? (already been through (http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=38800.10)

New one on me, looking at the paint code stickey there's no such code. If it's not the paint code i wonder what it is the code for? :huh:

sounds like part of the build code, and would possibly tie in with the VIN code

Could be a part of the chassis number: 1990 spec is L, W is Wolfsburg and the first 4 numbers of the unique chassis number, the rest could have rubbed off.
