Does anyone have a percific type of T Cut they use or would recommend?

Try buying a decent polish instead. What do you want to achieve?

Well the car has got alot of surface scrathces form when i bought it , like someone had decided to give it a once over with steel wool!

So i thought a T cut would be a good idea

or try chemical guys ALL-IN ONE polish/sealant/wax, its got a fine grain in it and is easy to use and the results are very good even by hand.

I would try autoglym paint renovator followed by super resin polish, followed by a decent wax of your choice.
