Looks really cool and slick, Dave :afro:
I bet you used Adobe's Creative Suite and mostly Illustrator.
I'm a retired Graphic Designer and Art Director. I had my own limited company consultancy based in Chelsea for 25 years and I rate your work on this .

Thanks for all the comments! It was done in Adobe Photoshop using a picture of my car (see below). I combined several variations of the “posterize†feature and then cleaned up the rough edges of every shape using the freehand tool. Very time consuming but I’m really pleased with the resulting effect. I’ve been thinking about taking it into Illustrator and doing a full vector version but the original file is 3500x2480 so there’s probably no need as it could be printed on A3 at 300 dpi.

Looking cool there. I like it alot. taking it into illustrator would be a doddle and it would mean you'll have a very small file size and print it at any size as vector files are resolution independent. I'm sure you know all this already.
A quick and dirty way of exporting it into illustrator is to select each colour and "Make Path" from the selection. This way you'll have several sets of paths for each colour (black and blue from the looks of it).

Spot on & love you'r rims.
Yep - loving them rims.... is the car lowered aswell or just bigger wheels?
-
Thanks for the comments.
Tony, I'm using Photoshop coliovers, they're amazing, you can set the height at whatever you want for no cost! The 19's do make the car look lower anyway but I'll be fitting KW V3's or PSS10's next year but that's more for performance than looks

Nice job there.

OMG i love 'em!

I've done a wallpaper for each color at 1024x768. No larger sizes, sorry.
