can you fit 245 on the back wheel size 245/40/17 on standard suspension? and 215/40/17 on the front?

No would think you will struggle unless you work the arches, I ran 205/40/17's for a while and they caught the arch.

Yes they are on but look how tight the rear wheel is, going to catch big time.

Also et13 front and et20 rear could cause issues with how it drives, I was running et35 and had problems with tramlining etc.

They should be on a mk4 as I have seen loads running 10x17's on the back.

the et worried me aswell would need hughe wheel spacers i think.

was planning on doing anything just found them on ebay when looking for vr6 parts.
