When i bought my mk2 the interior seems to be hanging there by dust alone as most of the screws are missing or plain old wood screws used instead, I bought new door pockets and was wondering what size screws were originaly used by Vw and were i can get some or aftermarket ones, no mk2's in my local scrappies so cant get them there. What have you guys doing resto's used?? As its a shame to fit new bits with crappy old wood screws.

just pop down to your local halfords, they have loads of differant sizes available, all black too so dont look shabby!

Ad, I need ones for fixing the door cards to the door pockets, fitting the door cards to the car, some dash screws, trim screws, and hand brake cover screws.
