Title: 90 spec sills - attachment?

Wonder if you could please advise, bought some 2nd hand 90 spec sills and arches to go with the 90 spec bumpers Ive had on for ages.

The sill mounting strips seem to attach to the car sills by way of double sided tape. Is this right?

Hey, I posted the same question about a month ago & I got no reply.

After a bit of looking around I found the parts that you need

1.  2 sill strips, this is stuck to your sill.
2.  10 sill clips, that stick to the moulding & to the sill strips.

These parts can only be purchased from a VW dealership

Hope this helps (mine will be going on when I get a chance)

and ask them for a 90 spec outer sill fitting kit

costs about ?18 + vat - that covers both sides

I thought the G60 has the same sills as the std GTI?  Just the arches that are different?

I thought they were wider, just have to see on sunday when thay arrive  ;D
