Post by: VeeDubClub on 19 November 2008, 16:50
Hey guys,

I'm debating stripping the back of my mk3 out.

I dont know why, Its just something i wanna do... I want a nice false floore with a sub in the spare wheel well etc.

But im going to do it properly and dynomat everything when its completely stripped as i dont want all the extra noise!

Just wondering if anyones got any advise etc before i go  and make a mess

Take your time, and you will need plenty off dynamat to drown out road noise. Its expensive stuff too.

Yea thats what i was thinking... Dynomat aint cheap! Think i'm going to wait for a while till ive got the money to do everything at once ( Could do with a new amp etc... so might as well do it all together! )

Cheers for the reply
