The danger is that even if you don't get your license checked and something goes awry and someone gets hurt the third party insurance on the track might not cover you.

It's an unlikely situation.  If you're banned, you're banned.  Rather than trying to sneak a track day in during a ban.

H'mmmm, you might like to check the road traffic act too - it's not just roads that are covered.....

What's the ban for?

Your licence will be taken away by the court mate when you go for sentencing I know because I got banned in January came off it last month thank god. Definatly wouldnt do it again. You wont be able to do the track day without your licence.

Yea they wont take too kindly on that.  The magic mark is 96+, not 100 like most think.  I found out due to being caught doin 96 in a 50... one of those daft dual carriageways that is huge and straight for 5 miles!  They revoked mine and I had to do both tests again, which took a total of a month. On a disqualification they dont take your card etc.. Ben

It depends on how much of an idiot you're been.  If you're stupid/drunk enough they'll make you re-take your test.

One of the pleasures of being teetotal is not having to worry about crap like this.
