Title: Leaky MK2 16V

I have a serious problem with my 16v leaking oil! I am stripping the top end and replacing gaskets etc. However, I have oil leaking into my distributor cap! What the bl***y h**l is going on?
Any helpfull suggestions or possible causes / solution please! Also, any general tips whilst I am doing this work would be much appreciated!

its the inner oil seal in the dizzy itself

you cant get these from VW but if you go to a bosch specialist and ask them for a 12.5mm seal, you can getaway with using a 12mm seal if the pinion is pretty worn
