Title: Question about wax
Post by: crisis123 on 15 November 2008, 13:06
Proably a stupid question, but what is the difference between hard wax and soft wax, apart from the obvious.

I am looking at getting some dodo juice, and am confused between purple haze and blue velvet

In my experience Soft Waxes are a little easier to apply and buff off, although you use more of them. They also give a slightly better finish, but don't last quite as long. Hard waxes, are a little more difficult to apply and buff off, although still give a good finish and last longer.

I can receommend both of these waxes I use the purple haze quite alot on my own dark blue 306.

Send me a pm with regards dodo products before you order

i also use purple haze on my mk3 gti as a finishing wax for its deep glossy finish and use collinite 845 for its high protection.
