Title: Oil leak - is it possible to be the oil pressure switch?

A few weeks back I was informed that a problem with my oil light could well be the oil pressure switch so I should get it changed.

I took it to my mates garage and we found out it was quite loose so tightened it back up. Oil seemed fine for 2 weeks, and now suddenly seems to have slowly gone, is it possible my leak is from where the switch is? What can I do to resolve it?

i know when my pressure switch went, there was oil that had come out around the switch area.

have u changed the switch?
