I saw in last months PVW that a few of the feature cars have wing vents...
are these done by cool louvres? i thought i read somewhere they were originally called a 't4 wing vent'?
Thinking of getting one after the wheels arrive...

anyone?

dizzy has one.
you buy the vented plate and then blend it in the wing (alot of sanding, cutting and welding. try these lot mate...

they originally come off the vw and merc vans. the one dizzy has got is from vw transporter van.
i think you just buy a pressed plate that you can cut and weld into your wing, like the audi handles. you dont have to find a transporter van an hack its wing up :D

why not cut the vents on the original mk2 bonnet (near washer jets) out and fit it to the wing?
-
cool louvres do the transporter wing vent for ?100- seems the cheaper option.

it is the price for the whole wing- they press the vent out of your wing- i.e. no welding
