Title: Price of ABF head gasket?!

Hi all,

ordered an abf headgasket today for my 2.0ltr 8v mk2 conversion,

when it got delivered the invoice said 70pounds?!  :sick: thats trade price, had 85 written on it.

does this sound right?! just seemed steep to me

any comments much apreciated

My 16v KR headgasket was something like £35 IIRC from VW.

send it back mate and tell em to fcuk off, they're only 29+VAT direct from VW!!

Cant believe how badly they shafted me on it :sick:,

really want to send it back but need to have the engine together tomorrow!

atleast i dont have to pay the bill for 2 months  :cry:
