-
Can't see it at work but I'll ch-ch-ch-check it out tonight.
Nick
-
That is absolutely amazing I cant see it getting many miles put on it
-
good to see he uses a proper engine too
-
yeah doubt it would be driven alot!! lots of £££ and passion gone into that wagon!
-
Would like to see the bill at the end of the build, very nice detail.
-
That is simply stunning! Wouldnt fancing paying the bill though
-
any guess's how much i couldnt say bu ta t least 15k+ min im sure its well and truly over that mark
-
That is stunning. It's like some supersized bit of jewellery!
Can't beat a bit of speak no-sense hatin':
Why you build a Corrado like that with all time and money into it and leave a 170hp g60 engine the worst volkswagen engine... the Belgiums need to learn how to smooth the engine bay and hid some of the wire... No Edition 38 car!!!!
-
It was going so well until I saw the dashboard and the fully smoothed front bumper. Still flipping awesome though, what wheels are those?
Nick
-
got chrome???
-
What an utter waste of time and money that was.
Unless you consider it 'art', in which case it's a laudable exercise in creating a large and very beautiful purse or clutch bag.
Purses and clutch bags are for girls.
Can someone remind me of the Porsche connection that validates the builder sticking on and stitching in lots of Porsche logos?
And don't anyone say 'Porsche owns VW', cos they didn't when that car was built.
Putting Porsche badges on a VW makes you look like you were aiming high and missing badly.
Don't even get me started on the rollcage......
Lovely car, in the vein of Sweetland's G2...... just impossible to recoup the value of the build if you want to sell it, cos it's still just some old VW....

Asking for trouble.. :lipsrsealed:
-
Love it or hate it, but that's one heck of a project.
-
Car porn really, I prefer to see modded cars that have been driven to their destination and then will be driven back, that's a wee bit ott for me, i feel sorry for the car it has no soul left in it.

Errr, no that's cheap and dirty fun, as you should know, having done it yourself.
-
WOW one biiiig project, stupid amout of money been spent, and whats with the rear roll cage over the seat??
-
Not a lot, guess it's someone enjoying themselves, doing whatever makes them happy. Tricky concept.
-
I do like to see cars driven...but you have to say the level of work is amazing. Maybe DH the chap is showcasing his talent to get work?? Works wonders does advertising

Well I think it's horrendous, tasteless and tacky but fair play, it's sort of impressive!

+1.
What an obscene waste of money! Nice job, but pointless!
-
It was all going so well...until I saw the logo's on the seats
-
Awesome project. Just a pity it will never get put to good use on the road.
-
"When I was young I was a liberal now I'm alot older I'm a hatin conservative!"
Don't care if some think thats a waste of money or not, but the time and effort put into that sums up the perfectionist in him to get that right and thus so far, even got to finish it.
No one can take that from the chap what a start to finish you might not like the chaps taste, but you God have to respect him!
