Title: matt black spray job..
Post by: jamie16v on 04 November 2008, 19:43
i am interested in spraying my mk3 in a matt black colour.
i was just wondering if this colour and type of paint was available at automotive spray paint shops?..
also any idea what coats should be added before and after applying the matt paint.
and one last thing.. does it repel water like normal?..
cheers, jamie.

All i know about matt finishies are that u need to do it in the proper conditions and if u get any bits of dust, muck or grit in the finish you'll have to sart again as u cant polish it out unlike normal finishes
