Title: Water qualms

Right as my daily is off the road for a bit and it has no rad on is it ok to leave it be? Im concerned about water in the block and the matrix etc freezing.   Also swapped the rad onto the other car and where the leaft -hand securing post goes in the top its leaking.... which is brilliant, anyone else had this??  Ben.

the steel rusts and expands cracking the radiator,   the rusty mount blocks the crack till you remove it then it leacks.   happens LOTS most people  don't realise till it develops more tho

if you're leaving the block for a while take out the thermostat so it drains fully. when it goes back on the road stick a new one in :)
