Has anyone fitted the Audi map net to their Golf - the one that is attached to the carpet on the side of the footwell?

It sort of has a wide "U" shaped plastic frame which is riveted into the carpet.  :undecided:

i thought about this, but it would mean getting behind the carpet around the centre console.  Not impossible, but put me off a bit.  i will have another look when i have more time.

Ask Gaz, his S3 should have it as standard.  It really is quite handy for A to Zs or parking permits and the likes.
