they both look very similar but i think the renault looks slightly better :undecided:
-
On paper it looks quick and style wise I reckon that's a really good looking car.
Nick
-
but it's made by renault and will break.
I really wish the French and Italians would let the germans or japanese built their cars. So many look beautiful but i'd never risk buying one.
-
Looks pants, the Rocco looks far more aggressive. Only thing the Renault has on the Rocco is... the shiny photoshop :grin:
-
whats with the peashooter exhaust on the Renault!!? :undecided:
looks alright apart from that - still have the VW though
-
Scirocco for me, but I'd have to nick the e-diff from the Renault :wink:
-
i really dont like that renault, rocco for me
-
rocco cos its VAG, not into renault everything about them sums up someone building a car on a budget, i used to have a clio and it would break if you looked at it!
-
The Renault looks a bit plasticy.

Exactly why my mate got shot of his 2L 16v Clio :grin:

Renault = Gash, ugly.

Well the one thing the french can do is make a car handle, all the rest is sh!te, but no doubt this megane will handle, well if the old megane sport is anything to go by. why cant we have german build quality, the frenchies handling, and the japenese power plants!! :cool:

I really dislike Jap engines. Who wants peak power at 8000 rpm?? Even my 16v is a bit "high end" at times. Give me a VW V6 or an Audi V8 any day of the week.

Or a Bugatti W16... :laugh:

Ew, just..... ew.
At least the rocco manages to retain a bit of 'class'
-
why not an A3? it (to me) is the weapon of choice compaired to the rocco/golf/civic...... ideally the s3
-
Neither mini cooper 's' works pee's all over them both, down side is size of mini. Driven them brilliant 215bhp, brembo front/rear all for 20k.

We caught the performance three-door virtually undisguised at the Nürburgring race circuit in Germany – and our exclusive illustrations show how the finished model will look.
At first glance, the prototype – which was spied undergoing testing – resembles the regular three-door Mégane.
This gets on my tits. None of these cars are "spied" at the ring. They are taken to the ring for a bit of PR.

french = poo
french cars aren't good, cheap and nasty
rocco deffo :smiley:

Mmmm now you're talking :smiley:
-
'Rocco definitely. Those computer generated images look OK, but the test drive pic looks shocking. I plan to have a 'rocco in a couple of years once the prices have dropped.
