Title: Best place to buy a standard 8v backbox

From VW itself? - or should I get one from GSF? want to keep the exhaust standard but my back box is blowing ... :sad:

If you want the can to last another 20 years, go to VW.

If you only want another 2-3 years and not to pay the king's ransom, go GSF, ECP, or Vee W Services, if you're around Bristol.

soo true. VAG one will last years and have a nice polished tip.

I replaced my 8v gti system with one from gsf and tbh the fit was not brilliant - particularly the rear box.
