Title: Intercooler mounting?

Alright folks needing some advice please i have been given a brand new genuine mk5 intercooler i was wondering if it would make any difference to perfomance or would it be a waste of time fitting it?

don't even think it would fit without some serious modification to your front slam panel and bumper and associated pipework :undecided:

I have a mate who says he will modify every thing for me if it will make any difference to the perfoance?if not wot intercooler would you recommend?

Mk5 is side mounted isnt it?

No the mk5 is a front mounting cooler it sits on the front of the radiator.

i thought that was the air con rad :huh:
