has any1 tried this to get rid of animal smells in their car??
can sum1 recommend a company around london that does this?
we have tried interior valets, air fresheners, Oust and the like with no luck.
-
My advice would be take the animals out first

nah what it is, is that my mate got a new car, but the previous owner(s) must at some stage had animals in ther and now the car has got a strange smell in there.
-
Perhaps one's still in there somewhere...?
I'd check under the seats first.
-
Get the interior professionally cleaned, then take if from there
IMO

Is it anything like dogging?

^^^^ was waiting for that comment
the cars been valeted already, but the smell is still there. have already checked around to see if theres any remains left anywhere

A couple of ideas...
1) Check for places the valeters might have missed e.g. the roof lining, the parcel shelf, the boot carpet, under the seats. One of them might be the source of the smell.
2) Pull back the carpet around the footwells - There might be a water leak and the underside has gone rotten.
3) Try a load of good'ol fabreeze before you try something more expensive. Autoglym do an car odour eliminator spray too.
4) Have you got a mate with a garage that you can leave it for a few days with all the doors open to give it a good airing. Might help??
5) If its really bad, it would only take a weekend to completely strip the interior and clean everything properly (but days to dry out!)

have tried most of that conker except number 5 really.
think he is gonna get it fogged and take it from ther.
thanks for your help.

My car was covered in dog hair and smelt of dogs when I first bought it. I first of all got rid of all hairs and then used some Meguiars Odor Eliminator, which actually worked at getting rid of the smells. Doesn't cost much either, so well worth a try.

I'm sure you can get this little bomb type things that you leave in your car over night with everything shut..
Don't really know much about them but it may be worth looking into.
The seats may be stuffed with dead people.
