Has anyone here done this and is there how to? For a 16vkr
And also exactly whats needed for the job
-
Why do you want to move the battery to the boot?
-
eventually i want most stuff gone from the bay which dunt have to be there
-
maybe he wants some nice voltage drop.
-
Maybe he wants to make the engine bay look how he wants it to look?
-
I say do it, if for nothing else than to distribute weight better. Did one on a friends car last year with high gauge cable, from a welder I believe, plonked the battery in the spare wheel well with one of those trays from “custom fab†and it works a treat! I’m probably going to do mine at some point but under the battery tray isn’t the prettiest so I’m putting it off
