I found this on the net. I think its a really good advert:

Whats even more impressive is that they did the real thing, no tricks no CGI.

I'm guessing while she is putting on her lipstick the driver accelerated.

Its a lady putting on her lipstick and because of the immense power of the .:R32 either accelerating or taking a corner she could not keep her hand steady and ended up rubbing the side of her face  :evil:

Well, in E30 she'd have the same problem with the lipstick.  :laugh:
