Title: Replacement of Mk2 1.8 16v with Mk3 2.0 16v

Chaps,

An I correct in thinking that the above replacement is fairly straight forward? Will the Mk2 gearbox fit the Mk3 2.0 16v engine? Anything I need to change?

Should fit ok, problem will be the mk3 engine is a tall block and the exhaust front pipe will be to short. Best to get a 9A engine as it is physically identical.
