Haven't heard of Ronal wheels for years since the old turbo's, but would agree with 182_blue if they are suppling VW then it shouldn't be an issue, but I suppose time will tell with the issues like white worm etc

Well if the colours don't generally match from different batches then I doubt there going to be much chance of it happening when it's different manufactures :undecided:

I noticed a couple of times on here recently that people where taking there cars in having a bit of a punt trying to get new ones and they have been suprised by the stealers saying yep we will change the others for you as well.
Also it may explain why they are possibly still running them on the MKVI.

....

I'm wondering if Ronal are the company that got BBS out of its financial troubles. Anyone remember that we heard BBS was to be no more?

I notice there's some pratt called RedRobin who posts a lot on that Tyresmoke linked site

I seem to remember that the Monzas on my Polo GTI were made by Ronal (in Spain) which surprised me.

Ronal have no involvement with BBS.

BBS were taken over early last year.

When I had to replace the N/S front on my old GTI (yes I kerbed it  :embarassed:) the wheel that was supplied to me was as described in the Tyresmoke thread.

In fact it took Markymark a few months to notice!
