Title: Swirl Remover

what is the best thing for removing swirls from the paintwork.

gave the car the 3 step megs treatment couple of weeks ago, but i need to try and get rid of the swirl marks. been looking at the chemical guys and poorboys stuff

Machine polish is the way to go i believe, im sure the detailing regulars will help you out shortly!  :smiley:

Irts very hard by hand so a random orbital machine is a good start imo

yep swirl busting by hand is hard difficult work, all about how you do it,ive done a few times but only on small areas.
machining is the best way to remove them but its still hard graft

yeah

ive bought a silverline rotary polisher , some coolfoam pads (kit with 6inch pad) and some megs sandpaper and backing block for the scratches

theres loads of clips on you tube mate have a looky on there to give you some tips too

im just deciding on what product to get now , was thinking megs too ,we,ll see

i got my stuff from elite car care and you can get discount if you have some codes off some other forums
