Title: Rocker cover

Hi, want to take off rocker cover, but how do you undo that bracket at rear.  cant seem to get a socket on it,

Is it the one that stabilises the fuel rail?? as i unbolted mine from there and removed it with the cover (a bit more space to get either a socket or spanner on it too)
