Title: Mk3 GTI spec front bulbs?

What bulbs and how many are required to change the front bulbs on a Mk3 to a whiter / cleaner look?

4 x H1 and 2 x?? or aren't all the main bulbs H1's?

Any help appreciated.

You need two H1's at the front and you get a free pair of blue vision side lights too!

Give them a call if youre unsure, theyre quite helpfull.

I went for the Philips 'vision plus', much better than the regular bulbs that were in there, but still not the best way forward. The boys in the past have talked about upgrading the wiring loom. You might want do a search to find that out.

Thanks Omar - I know it's a silly cosmetic change, but saw yours (when VR6 was working on it) and thought I might just give it a shot.

hmmm... that site says H4's... I was pretty sure it was H1's too.

I'll jsut pull them out and have a look.
