Hey guys, having just been to GSF and been told that they can no longer get new injectors for me baby and my old injectors being so buggered that they're leaking all over the place I now need to know if you guys know anywhere I can get replacements?
Any advice greatly appreciated

have u tried europarts? dont know if they do them but its worth a shot!
-
have you tried vag?
-
Didn't even consider VAG as wasn't thinking about spending too much money but that said next week I'm putting an hell of a lot into her.
here's the mission, exterior re-spray, interior re-trim, various mechanical bits setting up properly (gear linkage), timing setting up properly.
If I get chance whilst it's in either painters or mechanics I'm gonna get soldering iron out and tidy up the engine bay wiring looms, uprated headlight loom and such and buy and fit some ICE.
Should be nice when I'm done. Gotta take some piccies so that can show you guys before/after.

euro parts do em for about 70 sheets i think ??? but im sure u can get a discount if u ask the oldboy in the parts section at the bottom!

Just phoned VAG with a nice large price of ?85.65 + VAT per injector so although not the GSF price of ?30.00 + VAT I'm quite pleased with paying just over ?60 inc.vat per injector for a no doubt better quality and definately better service from Stuart at Europarts and it's only down the road from me so no messing about waiting for delivery.
Nice one Stuart.

My Mk2 is going in for the Injectors to be swapped on Wednesday, as No 2 & 3 have packed in.
I am paying 22 +VAT for each injector, for a
8V K-JET, I didn't know digi injectors cost so much OUCH!!

Only about a month ago we bought injectors for a mk1 from her GSF strange they have stopped them!
Anyway, ring your local motor factors, I find that our local motor factors is just as cheap as GSF if not cheaper and I bet they will be able to get hold of them next day for you if not in stock.

thats electronic injection for you...... nothing like the old k or ke jectronic systems......... they never played up and it was simple technolgy.... and cheap to fix! anyone could do it.......... all this electronic stuff you need more than a multimeter!
