Hi all, i changed my rear abs sensor yesterday and reset the fault code on the ecu.The light went off and stayed off but after driving about 200 yards it came back on, so i reset the code again and it stayed off again until i drove. It comes up with the same fault code i had in the first place.
Please help somebody must have had the same problem,It is driving me mad lol

Could be the abs ring is knackered, thats your next port of call.
-
is the abs disc bent? cause if it is when its spinning round wont pick it up!!!!
-
I thought about that, i might take the rear disc of and have a look. im pretty sure its not bent tho.
Can they rust???. im not sure what they are made of
-
made of metal with small holes stamped out in them. have been know that if ur wheels really buckled will throw abs light on!!
-
I will give you the verdict when you come over tommorrow
-
ok no worries hope u sort it

if you need a new one, i think they come as part of the cv boot as its connected :/
