took the edition 30 for its 2 nd service, was nt sure where to take it ! finally booked it in at the supplying dealers with strict orders : no trainees to work on car , use my oil , correct amount of oil , no test drive required and no washing it please !!  picked it up later and was really pleased so arthur prince vw in loughborough leics , well done guys  :smiley:

So how do Arthur Prince compare with Leicester Volkswagen?  My "olds" live in Leicestershire, and they really hate going into the city, so if Loughborough are on a par with Leicester, I'll send them that way.

how much is the 1st service, my car has come up with service now just short of 9k miles.
typical just after i fitted the Dbilas. :laugh:

cost £120 but i supplied my own oil which cost £60 from halfords , was my 20k service although only done 7k miles :smiley:

only delt with leicester vw when buying the car and every one i spoke to seemed to be too far up there own ars&* for my liking  :sad:

OK, thanks.  I did get that feeling too, when they bought their GolfPlus, but my dad was like a dog with two dicks, and just had to have one of their stock models.  :rolleyes:

not sure about the vw in melton  !  that s how much the oil cost £44.95 for 4 litres and £15.99 !!
