Title: Standard Whees

Good morning,

I want to know what the standard wheels are for a j reg golf gti 8v are? I currently have black bbs alloys ( as you can see in th pic below ) and the police say that they are not standard, I thought they were.

Also if anyone knows where I can get some quick and cheap ( maybe even swap for my wheels??? )

Think very early mk3 8v's came with these:

since when do the poilce have a say in what wheels you can have on your golf? voiding insurance or something?

i'll quite happily do a straight swap for my stardard ones, but there from a mark 3 gti N reg
