Title: R32 engine under MK2 GTI bonnet??!!

I saw the pics that were taken from the GTI international a MK2 GTI (just like mine :) ) with a R32 engine under the bonnet :o. Is it real?? What modes dose it requires? What engine management dose it use? How much should such mod cost?
