Title: Spotted my first scirocco today!

It was red and looked super hot coming towards us!

It was driving down middlewood road in sheff - towards the VW dealership, maybe it was broken already  :laugh:

there was one at ED38 it was nice. think its goona be a rocco rarther than the mkvi golf

Seen my first one in blue the other day, was waiting to pull out a junction at the time and just stopped to drool as it went by :D

Can't wait to see one in my favourite colour of white!


Soooo much nicer than the new golfs!



Also, strolling home from the pub the other night very drunk, I'm sure I walked by a brand new mk6 golf estate in silver?!

I saw a white one on the opposite side of the road, and it looked nice,  so i went to the dealership to buy one, as they had one in the showroom so i could see one up close, sit in it, but i ended up walking out,  didnt like it!..:(

prefer the golf IMHO.

Nah new golf is crap looking - it's too rounded and looks like a big blob on wheels!

The scirocco may have a very strange arse but at least it has a shape other than that of a child's lump of play doh.

These will become a future classic like the Corrado is now.

Absolutly stunning.  Far cooler than the golfs of today.

thought they only come in the 2.0TSI ? 200bhp. thats the only one at the moment VW said yesterday.

I reckon the new MK6 could be made hellishly nice with a little subtle tweaking.

wrong!!!  or might be, but only time will tell... the mk5 was alright but what about the mk3 8v's...surely the best ever :wink:

To quote Mr Clarkson, in white it looks like a stormtroopers helmet, KNEW I had seen it before!

Not in the spirit of the scirocco IMO. Bland and designed to fill the void of a much wanted coupe....

On Thursday some Fu*king twit in a silver Rocco overtook a cyclist on a blind corner while I was coming round the other way, Fu*k sake I had to dodge him and drive on the grass at almost 60mph - f*cking twit, lucky I have quick reflexes  :angry:

I'm still pissed off about it now, next time he may not be so lucky.
