Woah.... Imagine how much he could make £20 for 10minute drive... Hell I'd pay it.
-
I just spent an hour reading that thread.
Amazing build.

that guy has some serious time on his hands top bloke an so young

This is the f**king nuts, must be minted with lots of time like said... If only we could be so lucky! :(
-
a serious track slag!!!

My guess is that he's either worked on race cars before, or he has some sort of race car connections, there's stuff going on in that build that point towards vast experience coming from somewhere!
Superb job though, shame it not going to be a road car..

That is the best thread i've seen in a long time! the amout of hours gone into that build must be emense. hat off to the guy how can he have learnt all that in 21 years!!! i love the fact that he's done all of it from his garage aswell inspirational

That is just out standing and as said you dont just get up one morning and be able to do all that !
-
this is incredible!
i'm lost for words - took me about an hour to read that. What a gifted 21 year old guy!
such a humbling project, kind of shows us what can be achieved if you really put your mind to it.
cheers for posting that link up

Yep, would love to know his background, some of the small engineering details, and order of which the build is being carried out is down to hands on experience, Ive not read the thread all the way through, only skimmed it, but he seems to have access to plenty of kit, MIG and TIG, and mandrel bending kit for forming the rollcage, not something that you can lay your hands on easily, chromoly
tubing is incredibly expensive, so has to be formed correct first time, everything said though, still an impressive build...

I'm not convinced on the suspension geometry and I would use a better engine too, might as well if you are going to all that hassle.
Turbo for a track car? I'd rather have a highly strung N/A or a charger.

that is one hell of a build for a 21yr old if i was wearing one id take my hat off to him.
