Title: Disconnecting my egr...

would this cause problems? i have a funny noise that sounds like something is ticking when i accelerate plus the car hesitate sometimes, just trying to fiqure out what it could be, been told to disconnect my egr and blank it off, as this what bascially the allard replacement pipes do :embarassed:

does this damage the engines at all?

no it doesn't damage your engine; some people say it improves performance but i'm not overly convinced  :undecided:

best thing to do is whip it off and clean it out as it builds up with gunk over time

already done that mate :cry:

thinking maybe it's broken or sumert, cant believe the ticking is normal, it gets on my bloody nerves!!
