ive seen a few mk5's now wit bentley rims on, do all bentley wheels fit, or is there modifiying that needs to be done, i saw these on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Bentley-Continental-GT-GTC-Flying-Spur-22-Alloy-wheels_W0QQitemZ120301835943QQihZ002QQcategoryZ121977QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Bentley-Continental-GT-GTC-Flying-Spur-22-Alloy-wheels_W0QQitemZ120301835943QQihZ002QQcategoryZ121977QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) would they fit ?? thanks
-
in my opinion dont think they wud suit dude!!!!

I'm pretty sure they'll fit and will look pretty damn cool but 22" is massive!

You would be doing some mods to squeeze them under it would be cheaper to buy the car
-
they look like dustbin lids
-
would look smart as hell but would need to drop the car alot so ther tyers are inside the arch, could look very very cool
-
they won't fit under your arches without major body modification, and they would knock your speedo way out
-
Noooooo.........just nooooo.....
etto etc but...nooooo....
-
Do they make the car go faster?
Are they lighter than the standard offerings?
Is your car a Bentley?
No? Then why bother?
-

Not for me, especially with the Bentley logo still in the centre cap

Toph nailed it
-
toooooooo big for a mk5, would look like a roller skate
-
....Anything with a Bentley logo on any car other than a Bentley is pretentious cr@p!!
Why not fit a Rolls-Royce radiator front while you're at it.
And 22-inchers on a Mk5 look ridiculous.
That 'Bentleyfied' black and white Mk5 you see at shows makes me wanna puke
Reading between the lines, you might guess that I don't like it  - Just my honest opinion :afro:
-
dont like them at all 22" would be massive
-
I agree with Red, looks awful, why bother, also if you were going to fit 22's, there are hundreds of much nicer looking ones. they dont even look like alloys IMO!
-
they look like dustbin lids
Yup, or the lids on those dustbin-based garden incinerators - remove the centre cap, and voiala you have chimney!
-
lol i take it a lot of people dont like them, ino 22 would be a bit big like, but i like that style of wheel, the ones that greg fitted onto his mk4 golf that was featured in a few mags if you no it where smart were they carlton rims?
-
carlsson thats it lol
-
Dare I ask what engine your golf has?
-
i havent purchased one yet, just deciding thinking about a gti or a tdi
-
So you want to ruin a car you've not yet bought?
Seriously, I dread to think what the acceleration and handling will be like with wheels that big?
-
22 is way too big! The mk5 can take 20 alright, but it's a bit tight.
-
i thaught 22's would be a bit tight like
-
How much are tyres for 20/21/22 inch rims? I dread to think.
