Post by: neo66 on 08 September 2008, 09:55
Has anyones rear Gti badge started to bubble?, mines starting to look awful.
If so, has anyone claimed under warranty?, I know there only cheap to replace, but that aint the issue.

Yep. get it replaced under warranty, mine is booked in this Thursday to get a new one, also check your centre caps in the wheels and front badge too is known to white worm/ corrode.  The dealers replace these issues without any arguments. It only gets worse so you should see to it as soon as possible.

yup, i think all badges are affected, my dealer checked the lot and indicated that the boot handle and the centre caps could get replaced under warranty.
