Title: 5 stud conversion

ok so my golf is running again , now for the next modification :) want a 5 stud conversion :)

How do i do it ??? and which brakes would fit ?? mk3 VR6 ?? front and what rear so i can keep my original calipers ??

pretty much any 5 stud MK3, Corrado or Passat and some SEATs will work.

You need for front:
wishbones
anti roll bar + link rods
track rods
driveshafts
hubs

for the back you just need MK3/Rado rear discs.  You can use your old calipers n carriers if they are 280mm jobbers.

sorry to hijack!

is there any point to do all this work? as i have 4 stud to 5 stud spacers to get my porsche wheels on but people say that the spacers course more stress on the hub, is that true??

well it wouldnt help you as you would still need adaptors to fit porsche wheels ;)
