Title: Changing the brake light switch

How easy is this to do on a MK2? Is there a guide anywhere?

Have done a search but didn't really find anything, true to form the Haynes manual doesn't say anything about it either. I've got an intermittent problem with my brake lights not working and I think the switch is probably the culprit, unless anyone else has any ideas?

1st step, get under there and grab the end of the switch, give it a firm tub to extend it. then press the pedal and it will self adjust.  if that doesnt fix it you simply twist the switch to release it from the bracket :)
