I have a 16V KR Engine, and I think my timing maybe out. It runs at about 1050rpm even from cold. The revs feel a little heavy. Can this be due to the TDC being out of position. I gave the car to a garage, and they just could no tget it to 950RPM, they adjusted the CO2, and the rotor arm, and also the idle screw but were unsuccessful. I have never played around with timing. Can i do it myself? and How?
